Shipping policy

 

  1. Returns and Refunds: Decēit accepts returns and refunds within 14 days of the order delivery date. Returned products must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

  2. Return Procedure: To make a return, please send an email to info@deceit.it within 14 days of the order delivery date, stating the order number, product name, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for the return.

  3. Return Costs: The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the returned product is defective or incorrect due to an error by Decēit. In this case, Decēit will cover the shipping costs for returning the product.

  4. Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, Decēit will verify the condition of the product and process the refund within 14 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  5. Defective or Incorrect Products: If the received product is defective or incorrect due to an error by Decēit, Decēit will provide a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase and shipping costs.

  6. Limitations: This refund policy applies only to purchases made on deceit.it and does not include items on sale or on offer.
